Other than Exchange tracker logs can i check any other place as i have checked all the logs through note pad and through exchange system manager. When user sends an e-mail it goes to sent item and then i have gone through message tracker logs and no e-mails showing that user has sent e-mail but i can see in their outlook sent item there were more than 4 e-mails sent out.Īt the moment happening for internal users as well so i am the person looking after exchange, systems and Infrastructure.
